Tučepi

Tučepi is located in central Dalmatia at the foot of the Biokovo Nature Park, where the sea meets thick olive groves and pine forests. Another Bluesun pearl of the Makarska Riviera, Tučepi is a mecca for tourists who want to spend their holidays on the pebble beach in Tučepi.

Apart from its beauty, Tupeči Beach is also distinguished by a Blue Flag, the international symbol of clean and high quality sea water. Tučepi has combined tourism development with environmental care and has thus earned its place among the best Croatian tourist destinations. Tučepi has been inhabited since Ancient Roman times due to its excellent geographical position and its proximity to Makarska, Split and Dubrovnik.

Today, Tučepi is often visited by families with children due to its clean beach and long promenade, and by young people who enjoy being so close to Makarska, a town that offers plenty of nighttime entertainment during the summer.

The beach in Tučepi is the longest beach on the entire Makarska Riviera.
Additionally, Tučepi has a marina that can accommodate approximately eighty boats and smaller yachts.

Climate

Similar to other Dalmatian towns, Tučepi has warm and occasional hot summer days. The summer is characterised by long sunny days, while the winters are rainy, with occasional snow due to its location near the Biokovo mountain.
